Developing a commercial property

There could be existing sewers or water mains running through, or near to, your site that may be impacted by your project. If that’s the case, then we’ll need to discuss this with you.

In most cases you will need a new water and wastewater connection and you will need to submit applications to us. We can support you to get what you need.
